PapaSmurf323...ESEA Software to copy files from ESEA end-users' computer
People look at this quote and go boycott ESEA, but VAC has the same ability to send "Files" back to valve. VAC only sends hashes now, but nothing is stopping them from sending a whole executable. They could do it tmrw and you wouldn't know until you reverse engineered VAC.
Even if Valve could do it, they aren't, which makes all the difference between them and ESEA.
Your argument is essentially "You cannot be mad at ESEA because someone else can potentially do the same thing, thereby absolving ESEA from all guilt".

i get that we have to play nice around lpkane since he threw us a bone, but come on.
I wonder if this violates any consumer protection laws in the US or EU.
I know it's reddit, but still. Top post on r/GlobalOffensive :

jeeringsoleWe have some pretty high end stuff that just got yanked from production at evlgaming.com, if we pull it off it would probably be a dual pc setup. We would test first to make sure it actually works well though ;)
Do you folks use NodeCG? It should be able to run on the same computer, and is used by the TFTV stream too.
jeeringsolevibhavpCould you add lower quality to the stream? I have shitty internet, and viewing at Source is really hard for me.
Out of curiosity whats your download speed? We aim for 1500 - 2000kbps on the bit rate for streams, so if you have 2-3mbps of download (and have access to all of it) you should still be good to watch. .

jeeringsoleUsing something like livestreamer pulls down the stream into any media player (like VLC) and has a much better framerate.
Yep, that's what I use. Livestreamer+MPV for twitch stream + Emacs IRC client for twitch chat.

MadKYou are your own worst enemy.
There is disquiet in ur soul.
cinderIn TF2 it's already annoying ot hear MEDIC from E-spammers but if a character in Overwatch spews out a quote at you every 10 seconds, that's gotta be irritating as fuck.
Yeah that was way too noisy.
That looks really gimmicky O_o. I had a hard time understanding what was happening. It'll probably draw a lot of folks from the MOBA crowd, but as far as fast-paced DM is concerned, I'm not too sure.
That, and the FPS makes me somewhat claustrophobic.
Try changing your battery, I have a similar problem.
IIRC cyzer was the early beta lead. He might have some more info about this.
Isn't dashner doing the production/camera work for CEVO? Try showing some TF2 clips on instant replay Kappa
He also mentioned that during the big Fully Charged podcast and that he would be glad to help us go big
