I've never heard of any of you before.
Bump, looking for demo tryouts to play tonight.
Mice: Zowie for simple functionality, Logitech for macro support.
Mousepad: QCK or QCK+, PureTrak Talent/Stealth are all good options.
Keyboard: QuickFire Rapid is super cheap and solid, Ducky and Leopold are a bit more expensive but are also incredibly solid and have 60% support if you're looking for that.
Headphones: Headsets are dumb, and you're a sucker for buying one (myself included). Sennheiser and AudioTechnica are good brands.
Microphone: Zalman Clip-On/Mod-Mic.
Monitor: ASUS 144Hz or any BenQ capable of 120+Hz.
Phoenix21 I had nvidia 520 GT and I played at 1280x720 with 30-60 fps average in 6s.
after upgrading to nvidia 750GTX ti I had twice of that in 1920x1080.
now after doing the -default and playing on dx9 in that resolution I get around 100-150 constant.
For one, your GT520 probably couldn't even support 1920x1080, so there's that. Also, even though Source games like TF2 are very CPU bound, a somewhat decent GPU will give performance gains to areas where load can be moved onto the GPU. Jumping from a GT520, a low end card that entered the market around 2011 to 2012, to a GTX 750 Ti, which entered the market almost 2 years later, should surely bring performance gains.
If you're wanting more FPS in TF2, you're gonna have to upgrade your CPU. A good GPU barely does anything for TF2.
So should I just sign out of Steam completely or should I just not visit the Steam store page? I don't want somebody from across the world screwing around in my steam account buying games with my credit card.
I got money, a new Notre Dame sweatshirt, a new PC (i7 4790K and H100i), a new FK1, some books, and some clothes.

Luke didn't randomly have the force, Anakin was strong in the force so his kids are as well.

God damn, I love Christmas.
Really fun to hang out with in mumble, super hospitable, and has an incredible drive to improve.
Seriously, give sbt a solid team to learn and develop on and he'll be an incredible medic.
I've had my Zowie FK1 for about a year and a half to 2 years now, and I've had no issues with it up until now.
Everything with it has been fine, but about halfway through a game of H1Z1, it started this trend of stopping for a quarter of a second and then being responsive again. I've tried different USB ports, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, changing the polling rate, restarted, and even checked if the issue persists in various games (pops up in TF2 after about 5 minutes of play). The USB ports on the motherboard can't be dead either, I just got this motherboard about 3 weeks ago.
Wondering if anyone has had similar issues or can attest to Zowie mice deteriorating over time. I don't mind getting a new mouse, since I have a 2013 DeathAdder as a backup to use for now.
