saamI feel like the professional sports system works because of player's unions. Without those won't you just have players getting fucked over left and right because the teams that signed them are shitty? and with the (presumably) large amount of capital required to obtain a team it's not like players could create their own org like you've seen some teams do in CS. This just gives 100% of the power to orgs, if a player isn't signed by an org they can't compete it all. I don't like this at all right now
they want everything to be uniform and appeal to new players rather than make it functional

ReeroI mean yeah I might have made a slightly hyperbolic statement but many people like fen have made legitimate criticisms. Don't just call anyone who criticizes a game "salty" or "crying" especially when that game has plenty of blatant design flaws

the level in tf2 is if you played the game long enough you will be at the highest tier, so he probably enjoyed playing it and after a while got into prem.
in overwatch to be at the top requires much more, because if you don't practice enough, someone else will take your spot because there is a lot on stake.
high level OW is hard just like any other competitive game at a high level, don't be naive
maybe it's hard if the only other game you've played is type to learn 4
