HypnotizeThe crash could be caused from resource/ui/PvPRankPanel.res I guess I'm not sure. Can you guys try to remove that file and tell if that fixes it? (if it doesn't try to delete every file that starts with Matchmaking as well)

Removing every file that starts with matchmaking fixes the problem, even with the resource/ui/PvPRankPanel.res file in.
