I don't understand why people are mad at killing...this is an automated process and he has no say in it.
People should be mad at ESEA. Clearly the spirit of the rule is that they want teams to stick together, yet many of the people on this team have been together for seasons. The reason to have admins is to differentiate the breaking of the letter of the rule and the intent, yet ESEA doesn't give its admins any power in this situation.
Unfortunately it would have been better to take FFLs instead of playing with backups, depriving themselves and other teams the games they paid for, just to comply with this rule. Of course, the irony in all this is that a rule that was meant to keep teams together is going to either break one apart, or the team will hijack the roster of a dead team that already met the 3 game requirement.
