i'll be sober and 22 so no worries on that front. i just wanted to be certain that there wasn't some weird law in PA about moving liquor across the state line since they've got such draconian alcohol restrictions.

since it's looking like the grime is gonna unite at gxl, put me on the list as willing to drive from Raleigh, NC. the route i'll probably take will bring me through richmond, va and close to DC, so anyone along the way is welcome to meet me should there be space available. my car can fit 4 + me (with a full back seat), but probably only 2/3 desktops and monitors. i'm undecided on whether i'm gonna bring my desktop or just use a laptop instead as of right now, but closer to the date i'll probably make a decision.

edit: also is it illegal to bring liquor across state lines

if it's a prebuilt machine i'd be curious as to whether or not the tech that built it remembered to remove the sticker from the bottom of the stock cooler that protects the paste until you're ready to install it. or maybe if it wasn't a cooler that came with paste on it already the tech just slathered paste everywhere

take a look in your case right now and check if the fan on the cpu is running. if it is then you should consider taking it off, cleaning off the thermal paste with alcohol on a cotton swab or ball, and reapplying no more than an uncooked grain of rice sized strip on your cpu. don't worry about spreading it around, just place the fan on and make sure that you've got it completely centered as it comes in contact with the paste.

off topic, but why use -1 over 2? mat_queue_mode is the command for multicore rendering, right?

you should consider repasting asap. did you remember to plug your cpu fan into your mobo?

edit: what 's the command to remove the class icon in the bottom left hand corner? also is there any way I can center the line separating health and ammo with my crosshair/move that portion of the hud further towards the bottom of my screen?

the cbear + bloodsire combo is too good, excited to see yuki get in on that.

botmode can be a little difficult to deal with at times because he's got a strong personality, but at the end of the day he's a nice dude with monster DM. i dunno about his demo but he could easily scout or soldier in IM. i think with his propensity to make calls he'd mesh better maincalling than playing on the flank, but if he stops counter calling and takes the lead role instead then it won't be an issue.

I'm on TWC with the surfboard 6141 and I'm really happy with it's performance. It's pricey, but the only internet issues we've had so far have been on TWCs end and not ours.
