another one of these threads.
the same thing has been said over and over and yet nobody will ever do a thing about it, tf2 is seen as too much of a joke by everyone for there to be any change. if the intention was to genuinely keep teams alive and try to play at the top level, then nobody would sandbag, but it happens continuously.
