CitroMaindSince quik only wants to update the HUD when MM comes out, but I've already had enough of the aids that Default HUD brings, I decided to update this. It is very rough, and I had to remove gamemenu.res and hudmainmenuoverride.res so the game doesn't crash. Everything else works just fine and is playable in MM.

EDIT: I will TRY to update the HUD for MM up until the official release. Once matchmaking officially hits, quik is off to the races.

Ran into raindrop and co in MM with 3 of us total. We won! 3 overhealed soldiers can't be killed by 2 snipers instantly woohoo
Double vaccinator medics and 3+ soldiers with mantreads is hilariously effective. Mantreads so the headshots won't blow you into the stratosphere.

Too much coordination required with the 3 randoms in the game me thinks! Sounds good for some organised funtimes though \o/

razeloserpranceI'm having an issue where every time I launch the game, it stops. It's been happening with every source game I've tried so far.

My Steam icon/status goes from in-game TF2, and immediately back to Online. hl2.exe remains in my active processes sometimes more than once but the game never actually launches a window or anything.

Looking around via Google, multiple people have had this problem in the distant past, but I haven't found a real solution.

I've restarted my computer, updated my AMD drivers, put -autoconfig in my launch options, verified my game cache, and still nothing. If this is happened to anyone else in the past, what did you do to fix it?verify game cache.

He already has if you can read in the OP.

OP - have you tried reinstalling steam and/or the games?
