gdhandGive it time. As long as Blizzard are pretty keen on listening to community feedback, then maybe they'll make a lot of positive changes for the good of the game.
If you knew anything about modern blizzard you would realize how funny this statement is.
I mean even in the context of Overwatch the fov slider still doesn't show you the value you set it at. This literally could of been patched in within 30 minutes.(Hell the fact that it wasn't in the game in earlier builds is just rofl) You really expect Blizz to go the proverbial extra mile with OW when shit like this takes ages to get done? This is the same company who also when deciding to make a first person shooter game put in weird stuff like distracting reload animations and muzzle flashes that obscure crosshair and player models. Please don't expect them to give a damn about competitive fps integrity...yes they will push esports but only because it benefits them marketing wise.
Heroes Of The Storm barely changed from technical alpha -> release and it took months of literal community outrage for them to finally remove talent gating.
I'm not even criticizing the quality of their games just that in general they could give two shits about what the community wants most of time.
I do know stuff about Blizzard. After all, if you read my post "As long as Blizzard are pretty keen on listening to community feedback, then maybe they'll make a lot of positive changes for the good of the game." I never said they will or won't - I'm just being somewhat optimistic. After all, what do us TF2 players have to look forward to? Matchmaking? Sure that's gonna be cool and all, but that's just another somewhat grey area, no?
I know and understand that it may be expecting/hoping for a bit much, but you can't always be super pessimistic about stuff, no?
that shape looks suuuuuuuuuper funky. whats up with that lol
Interested in a mouse similar and size, shape & weight to the Ninox Aurora. I like the FK1 but after a bit I think I prefer using smaller mice.
Note: needs mouse4 + mouse5.
Be confident as well as calm - if you're calm doesn't mean anything if you're not really confident you're gonna kill the dude.
Don't be baited by terrain/corners/etc - if you get em low don't be afraid to just go for the easy mid-long range finish. When some players get low in a 1v1 they tend to go full aggressive as they know they're going to die anyway
Let's be real - early stages TF2 (at least in AU - before class limits n shit) was pretty boring to spectate. It took a while, but TF2 became progressively more exciting (at least for us, the players/former players) to watch as time went on. Remember when we had 0 unlocks? When we had no community maps? When we played CTF? cp_well?
Give it time. As long as Blizzard are pretty keen on listening to community feedback, then maybe they'll make a lot of positive changes for the good of the game.
Don't forget this game is essentially a month old - how long did it take us to decide that, with class limits, the optimal for TF2 was 2 scouts, 2 soldiers, demo, medic? It's not the best example (as I don't want this game to be super 'cookie cutter'), but just something to think about.
Hello,
I am planning on updating my PC for streaming. Don't have room/etc for a streaming PC in my room, so updating my pc, as I feel I could improve on framerates a decent amt while using x264 as my encoder. Nvidia encoder solves it a little bit, but just doesn't look as nice. Wondering if I should bother? Should I wait a bit?
If worth, probably going to spend <= 1k AUD
