I play on a 75hz monitor, why would I want to play with 61 FPS?
fosterReinstalling windows usually helps if you haven't in a long while. Defragging your entire computer helps as well, but to get a good defrag, you usually should go through all your files and delete extra crap that's just lying around not doing anything, to which point i usually fall back on reinstalling windows from scratch as being faster.
I have no way of saving the important things that I need, so reinstalling Windows is probably not an option at the moment.

if you cap @ 61 you'll get 60 fps, still a bad idea but felt like i should tell you,
and make a mediafire account, 50 gb free for uploads if that isn't enough you cray cray.

There are different types of arrogance, there is arrogance at your own perceived greatness at playing video games and there is arrogance at your own perceived intelligence making you totally ignore other people's logical arguments and alienate the majority of your community with your condescending, patronizing and direspectful attitudes.

And this thread was aimed at the Wrangler unlock, an item the league I administrate allows and if you read what I said about it when I made an argument, I agreed with you Infinite about why the Wrangler shouldn't be banned but I didn't do it in a manner that antagonized people by being unreasonably defensive and shifting the discussion towards 6v6 unlock bans - which you always do I should add, you shift arguments made by someone into a totally different area of discussion in a way that affects their sensibilities. I remember I critisized the UGC unlock rule on the UGC forum and you turned it on an oppurtunity to criticize the ETF2L map pool which was at the time totally irrelevant, rather than make a contructive argument.

You should cease posting here and focus on your own website, I can't think of an admin in all of TF2 who has made their league seem as small minded, uninformed and poorly run as you have. I don't even think UGC is poorly run, but you give off the impression you have no idea what the fuck is going on in this game beyond your own small little world.

the only reason they won't discuss their cheat review process is because their cheat review process is basically "infinite thinks someone hacks, bans them"

no, i've talked to one of the admins and their cheat review process is decent enough without having an actual anti-cheat client like esea. alot of hard work is put into banning players they don't just hand out bans to people they don't like (eg: im not banned).

well, to add more evidence to why the wrangler is op, why should 1 unlock be able to completely take 5-6 players out of the rest of the gameplay just to take down 1 sentry gun when you could have those same players doing something that isn't boring as fuck....i can't wait to see gorgeous gamers snuff out all competition we'll see how many teams you have then. the skill gap between 6's and highlander is huge, even i (megative low- 6's demo) can out dm top platinum soldiers on a bad day.

Nin2246Crumpet I don't like the source engine at all, the Unreal Engine is a bit better (Just my own opinion have no facts). Making the character models looking like a bloated turd is just the character modeling part. Also, Unreal Engine 4 is coming out sometime. I don't when, haven't really looked into it a whole lot but I know it is coming. I saw somewhere where it look godly great.

most goood pocket soldiers tell their team what to do when and it works because they're very aware, stay aware and know when you should jump away and not jump, in my opinion its the dumbest thing to not bomb when its a good opportunity. good opportunities include trapping the other team so your team can kill them etc.
