What kind of marks do you get in school? They probably throw all of your "short-comings" at the fact that you play video games frequently. Seems like the best thing for you to do is to try to get a job, ask your parents if they can help you get a job in town. If they're not willing to do that then you'll have to try and convince them that you'll be stuck at home forever unless they magically purchase you a vehicle.
