vouch for putting the keyboard on your lap, used to have a ton of lower forearm / wrist pain in my left arm and ive been LapBoarding for the better part of a year now and its helped a lot
typing has a little bit of a learning curve if ur not used to it but gaming feels much better with the kb on your lap
