Rest in peace, condolences to his family and friends
indecencyuberchainAny questions about cause of deathlil weird how u cant ask about cause of death, seems like a perfectly okay question especially for people who wasent as close to him and is still left in the dark
rip tho
there's a huge difference between being a personal friend of yomps and asking another friend what happened and being a stranger who never talked to him and speculating on a public forum.

A literal legend, as high-five said man had so much time left in his amazing life. I didn’t know him personally but from his streams and how he interacted with others, yomps was a kind, selfless, generous man. Who not only cared about his friends and family ,ex-teammates but also the small community he had while streaming his scrims, matches and more.
Rest in Piece yomps.
Thank you for being apart of the TF2 Community.

It's about privacy and also it's not the right time to ask that sort of question.
RIP yomps.

I get you but considering the only source is from his family its just a messed up question to ask that in the end does not matter much. People here just want to grief and remember him now. Maybe later we can get a answer but for now lets celebrate his life.

I'm shocked, rest in peace to one of the greatest players to ever touch this game
This is incredibly sad. I could not believe it looking at this thread. My heartfelt condolences to his friends and family. Guy was so vibrant on stream and had such an infectious personality.

Even though I never knew Yomps personally, he was such a talent to witness and spectate.
Gone from this world too soon. This is really a tragedy.

Rest in peace Yomps.

Never was on a team with him but played against him a lot on his road to becoming one of the GOATs of this game. He always blew me away with his level of play, and from what I read here he seemed like an amazing soul. Rest in peace. To his family, friends, and teammates. I'm so very very sorry. Having someone go so soon is punishingly difficult to handle, if you need to chat or vent i'm here.
So much anger and toxicity in this community but yomps was one of the people who was really able to rise above all of it. Nobody has anything bad to say about him. Gut wrenching to see the best of our community taken so far before their time.
I remember back to i63 which was the first LAN I attended, I met Yomps and he was one of the most genuine guys I've met, he really was someone who should be respected and idolised, condolences to his friends and family in this difficult time.
Didn't have the chance to know him better but he'll always be a legend and forever in our hearts, rest in peace mate, condolences to the family.
You were so unbelievably talented. I was so jealous of how little hours and practice you put into the game yet still managed to be the best. You were the most entertaining played I've ever watched. I'm glad we got to talk a little bit more recently but this one hurts. I looked up to you a lot as both a person and a player. I always tried to push myself to your standard cause you were so fucking good.
I'm not great with words but as other people have stated you were so, so loved. You were the centerpiece of the mumble we all hang out in every day. So many people cared about you man. You were so young, it genuinely breaks my heart. I wish I could've gotten to know you better. Rest easy, Justin.

I didn't know him personally but from streams/casts, he always seemed like a great and likeable guy. My condolences to his friends and family. Rest in peace.
Yomps' streams were always the most enjoyable for me, and I could always count on them to make me laugh. Seeing something this young and this talented die so young is fucking tragic, and his family and friends have my condolences. If any of y'all need someone to talk to, I'm here.
here to pay respects to a man I really held a lot of respect for. I give my deepest condolences to the people closest to him. Someone lost a son/brother/friend way too soon today. I can only hope he's found peace wherever he is now.
