At i43 a player called Sparky cheated (edit:didn't actually cheat see thread) on her online boyfriend a french player called Fake with a street fighter player called Gino.
Fake decided to show up to surprise Sparky but found that he'd been cheated on. In response he poured a 2l bottle of coke on Gino's PC. There was an image floating around back then but probably gone for good. He got a perma ban from the i series and police got involved.

At another lan I think perhaps i49 a woman (i forget her name) who was married decided to cheat on her husband with Pledge (an old player and commentator) not 100% on this one though but i do remember hearing something happened.
Tbh i think there are a good 3 or 4 different cheating in a tent/hotel room stories but they are all pretty much the same. Sad but not too funny.
At i42 a player called Jackaii passed out on the toilet in the hall. someone peeked over the top of the booth to see if he was ok and he had shit everywhere on the floor and himself. I don't think he ever came to a lan again after that. There was a video too but i think its been deleted.
And my personal favourite is a player called Jakescrzy slapping Sorex and making him cry for being a creep. I can't remember the lan.
