As far as gaming goes the big one I see as an enhancement is any type of amphetamine. Playing a twitch shooter on an amphetamine isn't a guaranteed improvement but most people people would find it beneficial to some extent for comms, focus, reaction time, and aim. I think other drugs would be more subjective or a straight up hindrance.
