I believe when a regular player types status in console, they ONLY get their steam id.
But if someone with rcon/admin does it, they can get the IP.

Yeah I did mean Steam ID, not IP, I am not an expert on this but server admins/owners can trace the IP I am sure, but not through rcon?

Didn't even watch the demo, but if one of them was rice -AA-, I can attest to this. Just finished playing against him and it was pretty clear he was hacking.
