Rainman is a amazing roamer. he has great DM, good cordination, and can maincall if needed. although he overextends sometimes, he makes up for it with amazing frags. pick this guy up while you still can

He and I had a team going for a while earlier, but while I was with him, I learned that he is dedicated, smart, an excellent fragger, great gamesense, tolerant, and he knows how to play this game. He taught me almost everything I know, even if it isn't much, but that just shows how persistent and willing he is to win, and he channels all of that energy into the match. If I were looking for a roamer, I'd pick him up right away.
Give this guy a team goddammit.

Really friendly, enthusiastic, and positive guy. He's a solid performer too and has a good head on his shoulders. With a bit more experience and a team of likeminded people he could start to play around the high open level consistantly.

rainman is really fun to play with, hes a smart player and has some really impressive rockets. i could see him making playoffs in s19 with the right people.

Played several scrims with Rainman, a very respectful guy and had great dm on roamer. Really seems motivated and dedicated to getting on a good team, if not creating one. I suggest giving him a shot regardless of how you see skill level. He's gonna go places.

I cut rainman for several reasons.

First being that me and him never were together on things and I felt like he didn't respect me as being an experience'd player and I always thought that he saw me to be a pile of dog shit of a player(which i probably am but besides the point) I felt like he was basically like this to almost everyone on the team except our medic and would not listen to what we had to say.

Second he takes this game waaaaaaaaaaay to seriously, which might be good for your team but it didn't work great for us because I felt like most of us wanted to have fun and we didn't want to treat it as seriously as rainman did we were more interested in having fun and improving as a team instead of what rainman wanted. Rainman thought that making playoffs was "easy" which probably triggered all this try harding.

Third his playstyle didn't work out with us. Rainman has decent dm, I won't deny that from him, but the way he plays is so fucking aggressive and will really only work if you have the game sense of harbleu or your playing a low open team. On top of this he had this urge to bitch about everything that our team was doing wrong or what he thought was wrong during the games and some of us were sick of this.

Fourth he attempted to mutiny me and turn my players against me. He tried to make everyone on my team believe that everyone else on the team was going to leave if I wasn't cut or mutiny'd(our medic wasn't even online at this time or day so I don't know how he would gather this information). He'd go to lets say player "player player and me are going to leave if gargle stays" without asking those 2 players first if they really wanted to leave and were really tired about me or just trying to save 3 team mates instead of 1, thats the best I can explain it atleast. Also don't worry, he had a plan for our medic to tell him lies saying that I called him an idiot and that I wanted to cut everyone on the team except one of our scouts in the morning. When I asked for proof that I called our med that and proof that everyone wanted to cut me instead of wanting to cut me because they think that 3 other players will leave if they don't he responded "i dont care" several times.

I don't think most players on my team wanted either of us cut and when I asked them "do you want me cut?" they said exactly that but when of our players told me to make an executive decision I decided to cut him in the end.

That being said, Rainman is pretty good at the game and even though he fucked himself over I think he still deserves a chance because he is dedicated to the game and takes it very seriously.

Also I forgot to mention this, he is very in consistent with his ability to play at times. Sometimes he just goes afk during scrims and matches and never tells anyone whats going on. I know a few seasons ago in ugc he just went invisible for 2 months.

First, I agree that we never got along, even from the beginning. That's one of the reasons why I knew I couldn't play with you. Just wasn't going to work.

Second, I never thought that you were a shitty player. We all make mistakes. No biggie. But what I was frustrated with was your shitty attitude approaching any problems that you had. You never wanted to fix any of your or the team's problems. When I said that you should come back because you had a tendency to overextend, you local muted me. When this became a larger issue and the team got involved, you muted yourself and would eave mumble. Another example is when your maincalling wasn't working out and we told griff to maincall instead of you. What did you do? Were you mature and sensible person? No, you stopped talking completely and were a child, insisting: "Well you told me not to call, so I'm not going to say anything." Tell me, what kind of leader does that kind of thing?

I don't think I take this game too seriously. Or maybe I just take everything that I do seriously. But my ideology is:"If you're going to do something, why not do it well?" I just want to improve. But you, on the other hand, would rather keep banging your head into the wall over and over again as a strategy doesn't work solely for the pursuit of "fun". The way I have fun is getting better at something. It's just simple.

You refused to listen to anything that I had to say, and you just summed it up to I had shitty "steel attitude" ideas. (even though I played steel like 2 years ago and at the same time you did rofl)

Ok so for this, I participate in cross country, a really mentally-taxing sport. I probably shouldn't have done it, but I brought that attitude into other things that I do. I try to be confident with everything that I do. The difference between cockiness and confidence is that being cocky is saying: "I'm so good that playoffs will be so easy for me" and confidence is saying: "This task is attainable and to convince myself of that, I'm going to believe that we can achieve it." Furthermore, my team that I scrapped together last season was able to beat a low playoffs team, so that probably skewed my perspective.

Once again, not "bitching". I brought up problems only to fix them. I never once complained about us having them. Is it so wrong to bring up what I think we need to fix?

Finally, ah the mutiny. This is actually really ironic because you were going to cut me earlier in the season for aiera (lol how did that situation work out now?). In that case, you were frustrated with my attitude and you wanted to get rid of me behind my back.

To premise, I was already very fed up with his antics, after conversations ending with:

Apparently frameshift would go into tanner's csgo mumble and shit talk how he hates being on the team and how being on it killed him. In griff's case, he said that he might leave anyways after I suggested the idea of a mutiny.

To me, it seemed like 4 people were in. So I talked to Not_Matlock and I don't have the chat log for this one but he said that if everyone else was in, he would rather be in instead of killing the team. We even discussed plans after. So that's how I got 5.

I also didn't post what they said because I didn't want to ruin their status on the team if they wanted to stay after all. Personally, I didn't care, as long as I didn't have to play with you anymore.

Reading this shitfest and from what I know of the players involved, gargle is throwing you under the bus to save his identity. Probably shouldn't play ESEA if he doesn't care. MY cents.

Rainman is dedicated wants to finish out hte season and create a team thats going to go into the next one strong.
