hmm im pretty sure garmen had something like that in one of his hud folders. i remember it was just called tf2

looks like one of the garm3n quake huds with the font replaced to be the TF2 one

edit: garm3n QL from like 2012 with TF2 default font instead of HandelGothic (the quake font)
