Yea, and I also had no choice because I couldn't find a team and we needed two people from the roster from last season. I would have rather played with ANY other scout than him. His gamesense is equal to a lobby player. Not to mention, he never hacked in a scrim or match as far as I could see and I watched a few of his demos from our season.

I just made a spreadsheet counting the current open teams, how many people are on the roster, and how many are paid - not looking good.

S16 Open was the worst season and that had 31 teams. The season that was next-worst was S12 Open with 39.

Well won't a lot of players be waiting until almost the very last day before paying, just so they're sure they're going to have a team and everything is set?

Either way, we're not in a good position. We had 58 teams in Open each of the last two seasons, and even being generous we're struggling to break 40 this season.
