Player model problem with BW Hud

Basically rather than me having the playermodel that is meant to be in the hud(this) it reverts itself to the stock playermodel (this)

If any of you guys have any fixes for my problem please post below :D

when does it revert itself? When starting TF2?
If so check your autoexec for the command cl_hud_playerclass_use_playermodel 0 and change it to a 1

that's not the problem. it's using the 3d player model, it's just using the class from the stock HUD.

OP, mind uploading your entire custom folder? it's either a conflict or the file itself is just the stock one.
