I have no connection to steam through the client

I just bought Sonic Adventure DX, and restarted steam, and now I can't connect to the servers. Everything else works fine, I can access the shops, etc. Just not the friends server, game server etc.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

wait so what will happen if i bought something during this time? i picked up saints row 3 and it took the money from my steam wallet but it's not in my library and i can't install it. couldn't find and answer on the steam forums do you guys have one?

you need to go to the steam support section and file a ticket.
