Fog's DM Server acting like a strange farm?

I've been playing on Fog's DM server linked on the servers tab, and it randomly adds like 5k points to my strange bonk batter's backup for scout. Idk if this is supposed to happen or a bug.

My strange Mutton Mann is at ~350k points now. Apparently he used some CS:GO plugin that was modified for TF2, but has some glitch with the way points are counted that fucks with strange cosmetics.

Ok thanks. I didn't know if this was a known issue or what. I guess it saved me a lot of hours playing scout lol
