console won't open

I have it enabled in Advanced settings, and it works when I press M0rehud label in my mainmenu.
My (~) key is working, an it is bound properly.

you could try adding the "-console" launch option so the console is always opened when you launch the game

i think it doesnt work for anyone when youre in the main menu, try joining a server and then pressing the key

So I tried rebinding it to a different key back and forth and after 3rd try it randomly started working. Thanks for anyone who responded though
