GPU upgrade

The following is my current setup

CPU: 5700G
PSU: Corsair tx550m 80+ gold
GPU: None (CPU has integrated graphics)

I want to get either the 7700xt or the 7800xt, without changing my power supply.
I intend to keep using my 1080p monitor, and play games on low/mid settings

Would you recommend the 7800xt on 550W?

theoretically if you can find a 9070xt at a price at least reasonably close to msrp you might as well go for that and upgrade the psu
