I'm fairly new to play competitively, and i keep hearing the same two terms that i've never heard before, and couldn't find any information about online. the terms are "they're full ad" and "they're rolled".
rolled = heavily damaged
full ad = the enemy team has significant uber advantage over you
full ad = the enemy team has significant uber advantage over you
Frag.tf has a glossary that will be helpful for you

theyre rolled = hitting one guy for 40 dmg
ad = advantage. as in uber advantage.
When a team has more uber than the other team, they have uber advantage.
Rolled just means the other team, or a specific player, is really hurt, like a pinecone on the street getting crushed by a car rolling over it or something.

Worth noting that 90% of the time "ad" will mean "uber advantage" though it can also mean "player advantage" (having more combat classes alive) or "heal advantage" (one medic died, the other is alive)
Though most players will distinguish between the 3 by always calling a player advantage a "player ad" and heal advantage "heal ad".
The term "full ad" is only used with uber advantages though
