my STV demos are choppy

thats a good point i think its just pugchamp servers / some of them? If that is the issue is there anything I can do to fix it?

That's just what most STVs from PugChamp servers look like, I don't know why but I had the same issue years ago with their STV demos.

if it's a consistent issue with PugChamp demos, get them to increase tv_snapshotrate from the default 16 to 33 or 66, additionally tv_maxtrate to be unlimited for live STV spectating to have enough bandwidth available to clients
