I play on GFL mge to warm-up/practice and I have a super shitty connection to that server alone.
most of the time in scrims/matches I have 60-80 ping but on GFL mge I always have 100+ ping, it's too the point where there is an extremely noticeable delay between the scattergun firing, and hit sounds playing. Does playing like this fuck up my muscle memory and should find a new server, or is it fine and I should continue warming up on the server.

i think ping differences do, yeah
but the effect is usually short-lived. if it's affecting you more than a few minutes into your first scrim you probably have a different problem

i'd recommend playing on an mge server where you get 60-80 ping if you can, to maintain consistency
Yes.
If you play in high ping long enough you will subconsciously start aiming at hitboxes instead of the model. Also the timing for dodging and such is pretty different.

its probably better to mge with the same ping, but you have no other option its better to have a different ping than to not mge at all.
Doesnt matter on scout but i also get a shitty connection to gfl (i think all westcoasters get bad ping to it) so i try not to play too much soldier on it or my muscle memory will be fucked
Literally doesn't affect anything at all (except make you play worse when you have the high ping)
And if you use it as an excuse you're just coping
