have had the g pro since august, no issues at all love the mouse but the past week it's been disconnecting or freezing / not taking input for about ~1 second every 5 ish minutes. really frustrating to play soldier when it happens mid-jump.
anyone else had this issue / have a solution?

Does it happen with other mice? Also, is mumble open when it's happening by any chance?

I've actually isolated this to only happening when mumble is running, got my team to scrim in discord tonight and it didn't happen at all but it did when I was pugging in a mumble

Yeah I used to have the same thing, it's most likely a mumble problem. Go into settings and under user interface (I think) uncheck the "use Winhooks" box. That's what fixed my problem... hopefully it's the same for you.
Edit: it's in shortcuts; "Enable windows hooks".

late but check to see if its in a 2.0 or 3.0 slot. lots of times the slot could be malfunctioning and you just need to trial and error over and over :/ - and if you can check inside to see if a cable is loose
