I recently upgraded my whole PC.
ive kept the same Dpi, the same mouse, and the same sens in game.
Even with these my sens still feels super different.
Should i cut my loses and just find a new sens.
or is there a fix.

mastercomfig mouse vpk?
mouseaccel?
windows sensitivity? (6/11 by default)
i know that when i upgraded, my NVIDIA control panel was telling TF2 to cap my fps at my refresh rate and this makes mouse movement feel like shit.

Windows sens, mouse accel, m_rawinput, cl_interp_ratio, low mouse polling rate and different resolution can all make a difference in the sens or its feeling iirc. See if it is one of those.
I've had this problem, and it turned out to be input lag. Turning off V-sync and going fullscreen eliminated the input lag for me and it went back to normal, so maybe try that.
I .zipped up my tf2 folder and unzipped it.
im guessing the settings should be the same
but my resolution was off when i launched the game so maybe other things would change aswell.

frametiming, fps and input delay are going to be different now so it's understandable that it feels different, I recommend sticking to the same sens and get used to it
frametiming is the biggest thing that contributes to irl sens feeling off. I would look @ benching the ram+cpu w/ something that allows you to figure out if its simply just more consistent or if its pulling a result that is out of norm for the combo.
