Hi i am using an xtrfy xg m4 rgb and recently my mouse has started disconnecting and reconnecting for some reason. I have already tried following some guides from some videos and sites and none of them worked.

yeah but what did those guides say? i'd check the mouse on another pc and if that fails just change it, if not, check drivers and the usb port.

Like foxtrot said, double check if it does it on another pc. I had a mouse awhile ago that had the wires fray internally and it would do the same thing as you're describing. If that's the case, try asking the manufacturer for a replacement.

Most likely bad cable. You can get aftermarket replacements.
