Makka should step down along will all the rest of the admins they are awful at their job.
On a different note, my unpopular opinion for the day is that diamondback is fine to unban.
"BUT HE CAN TWO SHOT MY MEDIC!"
Okay, the spy needs a kill or a sap to get the crit though. If your team is not on red alert and melting the spy after the first stab, the diamondback is not the issue here.
Will it make spies a little more effective? Probably, yeah. But when spies are effective they break stalemates. You're telling me a 5 minute sniper duel is better gameplay than that? Personally I wouldn't mind buffing spy a bit.

why would u want to give a spy that gets a sap/stab even more value tho
those things are already crazy good
also ur just incentivizing a spy to stab a roamer or a similar low value pick if the other team is aware so he can try to cheese with the crits

I should probably clarify that I mean 6s specifically here, DB is still too strong in HL IMO because of the abundance of buildings to sap and overall chaos.
Sapping a gun in 6s has very low value honestly, you are both revealing that you are on spy and not actually killing anything. Best case scenario with that is you sap a gun to help your team get in on a last push, but in that case wouldn't you be better off on soldier or scout anyways? Is the ability to do 102 damage once going to make more than a small difference in the resulting teamfight?
If a spy stabs a scout/soldier in a 6s stalemate and gets away that's honestly a failure of the defending team to punish the spy play. Even if that happens, what then? The attackers take a 6v5 teamfight with a spy that can do 102 once and then be next to useless the rest of the fight?

stalemate:
stab demo ---> shoot medic for 102
he pretty much has to use because he drops to like one more shot. at least with revolver you have to hit 3-4 shots. if you succeed you have a demo pick AND fully uber ad. if you fail you have a demo pick and the med is 30hp. obviously you wont always get the stab but it's still pretty dumb

That is absolutely a teamfight I would take.

I agree with this line of thought but not the conclusion that it's "dumb". Personally I think having shorter stalemates and another option to break them is worth the cost of being mildly annoyed when enemy spies have a little more power to make a big play.
Also worth noting that (at least according to the tf2 wiki) DB only does 34 base damage, you have to be point blank to get the ramp up for a max of 51 damage on a noncrit shot, so medics are not necessarily dead to rights upon getting crit given that health regen exists.

ur not gunna get hit for 102 and then not pop because u think the spy is 450 hammer units away instead of 370 man
I think it’d be cool if rgl had a rotating map pool. Like have a larger pool of 10+ maps and rotate two in and two out of the 8 map lineup every season, like rotating out gully viaduct for a season for reckoner (or some map) bagel, then maybe rotate out reckoner snake another season for two other maps, etc. I think it would keep things fresh and make each season unique while letting us play new stuff.
