i wanna play on a server with no crits, good map rotation and that allows viewmodel mods that is not uncletopia sice they are always either full or empty.. preferably east eu or at least eu

Uncletopia, Skial (gross) and FaceIt are vanilla. There's usually one or two payload servers so you could just put the pl_ prefix in your maps and sort by players.
