Idk when it would be open, but Helix eSports has some good venues that would be able to house a tournament the size of i63. They're also developing an even larger venue in the New England area that's going to house an OWL team. I'd be down to try and help organize it but I'm kind of disabled and not really capable of doing much in the way of that sort of thing.

pretty sure RGL LAN was supposed to be at this exact venue, and it's in a fairly good location for tf2 as well considering the dense population of players around the NJ area

living in NJ when RGL runs a playoff lan PLEASE use the freehold location when it's up and running it's in a much better location. Central Jersey is so much better for a event like this!
