In response to Resurfed going offline, two new surf servers have been added to the ECJ network:
++ Surf ECJ [IL] | Beginner - surf.ecj.tf:27015
++ Surf ECJ [IL] | Advanced - surf.ecj.tf:27020

Hoping to get these two servers added to the surf server section.

Thanks

Has the surf section been removed or am I overlooking it?

This happens when there are no servers listed for a particular section. For some reason the surf servers have been having an issue with the server names disappearing in the backend; brought this up in the admin channel in discord a bit ago, will check in again

unfortunately the hop server seems to be exhibiting the same problems as the surf servers. The ECJ Jump servers seem to show up fine though, which seems strange. In any case at the moment it seems we don't have the ability to fix the problem unfortunately.

unfortunately it runs into the same exact issue.

My guess is it has something to due with how server name is being reported back from A2S server info (shoutouts to Wiethoofd for being smarter than I in these matters); originally thought it might be because there is a map timer in the server name but it's present in other servers (specifically RJump ECJ).

Oh yep, that's exactly what it is, I didn't even think about that. There has been an update to a2s queries that is currently optional and is used on the surf/bhop servers. If you use sourcequery on the backend, that can be updated to support it.

I've provided more info here https://github.com/sbpp/sourcebans-pp/issues/734

Bumping this since it seems like the a2s changes were applied to servers by Valve, knocking them off of the server list since it doesnt yet support the new a2s challenge - Those that are still appearing probably havent yet updated.
