A couple seasons after their first attempt, MILKIES are here to stay in RGL Invite.

This team made their humble beginnings in RGL Season 3 Div-2, where they would put on a strong performance en route to a first place finish. The following season, they made Div-1 grand finals and tried to make an Invite push afterwards but unfortunately those plans fell through. Then after dominating and winning Season 6 Advanced as una limonada por favor, they got it right the second time and will be one of the many new rosters in Season 7 Invite.

From their Season 6 championship lineup, MILKIES retain a majority of their players. luddy on Medic, gwendolyn on Scout, and kobe1920 on Demo. slugmundo played pocket for them last season but will shift to roamer to make room for their new pickups, which we'll get to later. Out of these four, kobe1920 is a must-watch player. He put on an otherworldly performance during grand finals last season and will look to continue being the centerpiece of his team. Outside of two matches for gwendolyn in ESEA Season 28, they will all be making their Invite debuts this season.

The newest recruits to MILKIES are a duo of established Invite players in esther and paddie. esther (previously known as reimu) first appeared on the Invite scene in ESEA Season 21 and played regularly up until RGL Season 1 with :) ). They have been inactive since then, briefly returning for a few matches last season as backup for una limonada por favor. Then there's paddie, who probably needs no introduction. The former froyotech Soldier has been operating at a top Invite level for a long time and now brings his talent, experience, and knowledge to a solid group of up-and-comers.

slugmundo shared some thoughts on the upcoming season and Invite debut:

This season for most of us (me, gwen, kobe, luddy) is really about learning and applying. Playing with paddie is a pretty crazy opportunity, which I dont think anyone was going to pass up. I'm really just trying to learn while keeping a good mental, and hopefully place well by the end of the season!
