Hey. So after the last "big" update for TF2 I kept getting the segmentation fault error. I removed all the custom plugins and let the metamod and sourcemode untouched, so TFTRUE addon.
I eventually removed the TFTRUE addon and my server works. I simply reinstalled the TFTRUE addon version from cfg.tf for dedicated servers and now the tftrue plugins aren't working. Every command related to TFTRUE I use is unknown to my server.
Is there any other way of fixing this?
Also, there is .dll in my TFTRUE file list which I believe linux doesn't have to do anything with it, but it may caused my segfault. Once I removed the TFTRUE.vdf file, the segfault error was gone(at the price of killing the entire TFTRUE plugins).
**update: it's definitely the .vdf file that crashes my server.

Update TFTrue to latest version. There was an update which broke the plugin, and it got updated.

Yeah silly me, didn't notice. I grabbed the files and now it works, although I had to keep the tftrue.vdf file in order to make it work. Thanks for the help.

The .vdf file makes your server load the plugin, so you'll need it to make it work.
