I made that one. It was based on his diabotical crosshair. Dropbox link was dead but here's a reupload of the folder I sent him.
The VTF file is 128x128. Any weapon you want to use it on will need its corresponding weapon .txt file edited because most (like the ones from cfg.tf) are 64x64

(or you can just copy this entire folder into custom instead of whatever VTFs you're using now)
