Hud is arekk hud, he just made the hp, ammo and the damage font smaller, you can change the font size in: hud > resource > fonts.res, and just lower the tall of the font he uses for the hp, ammo and damage numbers.
Crosshair is a vtf one called crosshair6OL

they probably used the particle swapping trick to switch the normal explosion effect to the pumpkin bombs effect

pumpkin bombs are orange explosions though, are they not?

youre right, its most likely actually a particle swap with the pumpkin bombs rocket trail effect called "halloween_rockettrail"

I recognize that explosion from a custom particle pack. iirc it won't work on sv_pure 2, but it looks fancy when recording demos offline. All of the explosions in that pack have a purple hue to them

I sadly don't know where to find the link (though it wouldn't be useful to you if you want to use it in regular play). But there's a couple of people on tftv that still use it for demo recording

that could actually make sense. if you look at the demo 14 seconds into the video you can see a big missing texture on the overhealed demo. I might've confused it with the pack that has the big green overheal cross?

You'd need to find and delete those particular texture(s) from your game files, but it's possible you can get this effect too. Not sure if sv_pure cares about that
