TF2 stuttering while playing in Fullscreen

The title says everything. Anyway, I tried to swap at windowed fullscreen and the problem is fixed. Do you have any idea why this happening?

I've installed windows 11, and maybe there's some sort of bug with fullscreen mode, but I'm not sure

Maybe it is, but I should've this "bug" for all the applications running in fullscreen. But I'm experiencing this on tf2 only
