It's pretty rough but might be able to rebuild if the turbine isn't fucked. 0 clue what shops charge for rebuilds so you'd have to compare it against just buying a new oem? spinny boy. Might be able to work with a shop to just have them machine the mounting surfaces + balance the turbine and rebuild the rest yourself.
