I've been jumping with original for a while but no matter for much I practice I can't consistently pogo into a wall climb (like QUBA 1-11). I can get most other jumps after about an hour at the most but I just can't get this. I understand that with the default you look left but how do you do with the original? I can't find any tutorials with the original.
Look straight down while pogoing then slowly move your mouse up, until you start gaining height.
Personally I think wall pogos/climbs are way easier with the original.

If you need an hour for some jumps, you're maybe not a good enough jumper yet. I can show you the pogo into wallclimb if you want though.
Sorry. I meant an hour for techniques normally. I think I figured it out thanks to Lunacide though. I think I was raising my mouse to quickly on the wall climb after the pogo.
coincidentally I just fired up that map for the first time today. Hit the "wall" on that part and couldn't get past it, will have to try that again later.
As far as precision in pogoing goes I think the original is a bit easier to work with. Its much easier to down pogo with and you don't have to bother with looking at an angle to the wall for any pogos.
Also, as you practice more and more you will get muscle memory to flick up just the right amount to start pogoing and basically just look at that spot and hold W and M1.
