Ginyu Force > Baby Punching Marathon
Finally the match everyone has been waiting for is here. After beating MTS in an impressive victory on Swiftwater last week BPM has proven that they deserve a shot at being the best HL team this season. Facing them down from the upper bracket will be the just as imposing Ginyu Force. Due to some strange rules the finals will be played in a straight BO3 format where the upper bracket team doesn’t start with a one map advantage. This is to give you the viewer more action to wet your palettes with.

5-3 Ginyu Force
This Ginyu chosen map is a little bit of a strange one as far as 5CP goes. It’s quite sniper friendly which is going to give Ginyu a pretty good advantage with Max going as nuts as he always does with those headshots. It also has a weird characteristic of playing out kind of slowly with a lot of back and forth. The long distances between will prevent the risky aggression that BPM is so fond of from paying off as well because momentum just doesn’t carry you as far as it does on other 5CPs. In all honesty we might not even see the winlimit get fulfilled on this map. Be prepared for a long one.

4-2 Baby Punching Marathon
BPM chose to play Viaduct and it’s no surprise why. No team can push with nine players quite like BPM so expect them to be putting on that constant aggression. Pulse and Boink will be going absolutely nuts on this one. Ginyu has their own beasts in Max and Duwatna so I will predict some very close rounds, but BPM’s solidarity will eventually lead them to a victory on this map.

2-1 Ginyu
Going to the third map we have another Ginyu chosen map and consequently another sniper paradise of a map. I would consider Ginyu probably the best team on Swiftwater, but after BPM beat up on MTS I’m not so sure anymore. I feel like it’ll come down to soldier and spy plays. Whichever team can prevent those big plays from happening the most will squeeze out the map win and subsequently the whole title. Get hyped because this match is going to be banana pudding.
