If you're running a CPU overclock, reset everything to stock settings with Turbo Boost disabled.
Took me years after upgrading my PC to realize that the OC was causing all my weird desync issues where I felt like I was playing on double ping and everyone's hitboxes were completely misaligned with the models.
And this was on a fully stable overclock in benchmarks with good temps.
If anyone who has any clue about computers can explain this to me I'll be glad.
