Recruitment (looking for team)

I have played several games on TF2center with arram and would like to say that he would be an excellent pick up for a team with newer players. he seems very eager to learn and deals with criticism well even the criticism isnt delivered in the most polite manner. He is putting a lot of effort into learning the game and I'm sure the fruits of his labor will pay off eventually.

Really cool to read that you're interested in joining a team, I believe a good way to find one to tryout for is using the RGL discord where they have chats for people to post when they are looking for players/looking to join a team.
And you can also use the TF2 Coaching Central discord to find experienced players to mentor you.
Good luck in your journey!
