volk is very strong mentally, im sure he can recover from the islam and ilia loses back into a champion mindset.
however lopes just feels like he wants it more, volk has done almost everything in this sport, he is not as motivated by a title as much as lopes.
when youre in volk's place theres young people wanting to take your place, even if its for a vacated title, and theyre hungry for it

(and also volk's chin is not the same after those knockout loses) he will probably try to not get rocked again and play it more safe while lopez will agressively put pressure, volk would have a hard time on the ground with him too

Yeah, I'm also worried about volk's chin as he got knocked-out back to back with little to no rest inbetween them, but I am 100% sure volk has learned a ton of stuff from his previous fights but lopes Is really dangerous too so I'm not really sure
