tf2 keeps flickering with dx8

I asked what drivers i had to use and everyone told me to use the 306.97 driver for nvidia but the driver is only supported for notebooks and now my game dropping tremendously when I use dx9. Does anyone know a fix that could solve this issue so i can use dx8 again?

Search for the desktop version, it should remove the flicker.

i never install a certain driver, i just use the Rollback feature and it fixes it.

Yeah, when I updated my nvidia driver, I got that weird flicker, too. I just used the rollback feature and I was fine.

With the new beta 320.00 drivers, dx8 works fine for me now.
