Any idea on how to update my server? I already have tried rebooting the server using _reload and quit, but it still says that its running a older version of the game whenever someone tries to join.

Same problem, write the support, they should fix it quickly.

Are you using HLDS or SteamCMD? Valve discontinued support for HLDS for TF2 a few days ago, so if you're using that, you'll need to reinstall everything with SteamCMD.
If you're using SteamCMD, then submit a ticket ask someone who knows more about servers than me.
