I was feeling generous, and I thought it would be a neat idea.
Quick Question(s):
How do you guys like the thought of Newbie Mixes 2 times a week? If I were to continue doing them, what days would you guys prefer? When you are thinking about days, keep in mind that we need coaches greater or equal to newbies, so think for both sides, not just your own.
Once I get out of school (3 weeks) I should be able to run them any day of the week during our same time slot (9-12 EST). Until then, Friday and Saturday are my best days.

Well, depends on coaches really. Most of them scrim during the rest of the week :/
Legendary medic cats4lyfe will be making his appearance to play in order to escape tf2lobby.

Join the Mumble server, and then choose the channel corresponding to the class you want and your skill level. Then Noona et al will start organizing teams, where each team has at least one coach, and you'll be whisked off to a server for some hot 6v6 action.

They're usually 30-45 minutes long, at least from what I've experienced.

I am pretty sure that there are European newbie mixes, however they aren't posted on tf.tv. There is a group (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/6v6newmix?) where there are posted. However you are welcome to join as long as you can play with a reasonable ping (Meaning it won't hinder your playing much, and it won't ruin the experience for others), you are welcome to come to the NA ones.
