We understand that our last season wasn't free of problems, but we've been working hard to address the underlying issues and things should run quite a bit smoother this season. With that said, we're still fully committed to TF2 in CEVO and would love for you and your team to give us a chance.
We're also running a HL division at http://www.cevo.com/event/tf2-season2-9v9/home/ if you prefer.

I might've missed something, but what time-frame does the season run during? I'd love to play, but don't have time to scrim and play ESEA at the same time.

The match interface is great, love the built in voting for what team will win what match. Imo, you've outdone UGC by far, glad I made the switch :]

It's an 8 week season that starts in early June, followed by about 2-3 weeks of double elimination playoff brackets. Matches are scheduled for each Thursday, but scheduling is flexible and teams are encouraged to play their matches on alternate dates if both teams agree.

I would definitely recommend that teams sign up to play in cevo. Pipher has been a pleasure to talk to and comments/concerns have always been considered or made. I had a fun time playing in the first season and am looking forward to the second :D
