what bitrate, fps, and resolution do you stream at?

4000 kb/s bitrate, 8001 kb/s buffer
60fps, 1280x720 (1920x1080 native resolution)
i'm also wired directly to the router and close everything when streaming (no utorrent, firefox, anything)

LangeThat buffer is pretty dang high.
Take a look at this to get an idea of what some safe settings are for your setup: http://obsproject.com/estimator
seems to be a lot better, but now i'm getting a lot of artifacting and text is hard to read. should i try upping quality?
